Asymptotically, ANZ Securities wins, and they're about equivalent otherwise unless you're trading very small amounts (<$1,000, which sounds like the case if you're only putting in ~$100/mo worth every few months), in which case the ASB's $15 fee would be at best 1.5% anyway, and so you really would be better off looking at cheaper investment options mentioned elsewhere in the thread - I'd recommend InvestNow, Superlife, SmartShares.
